Care from people who've lived it.

Innate Living was founded by a family who knows what it's like to search for real answers when standard medicine runs out of them. That's why every patient here is treated like family.

Dr. Tom McGuire, DC

Dr. Tom found chiropractic at 19 after years of digestive problems no specialist could solve. One week of care changed his life and his career path. Today he leads every plan personally: chiropractic, functional lab work, nutrition, supplementation, and movement, all built around the person in front of him. And because real results happen between visits, every patient gets Dr. Tom's personalized guidance to follow at home, so you're never doing this alone.

Our story

This isn't just what we do. It's what we've lived.

Years of personal health struggles, expensive specialists, and tests that came back "normal" but never felt right. That experience is exactly why Innate Living exists. We built the practice we wished had existed for our family.

What we believe

Your body has an innate ability to heal. We just remove the interference.

No magic. No quick fixes. Real, personalized care that helps your body do what it was designed to do. From newborns to grandparents, prenatal moms to athletes, we treat people, not diagnoses.

By the numbers

21 years of showing up.

We've built this practice one family at a time. Slowly. Personally. Without a high-volume assembly line. Because every body deserves real attention.
